This privacy policy (the "Policy") describes how Office Lottery Pools collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our SaaS platform and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information in accordance with this Policy.

When you ask us to delete your account, we close it so that you can no longer sign in, stop sending you email of any kind, and remove your name and email address from your account record. Where your account has no shared history, we delete it outright.
Some records cannot be deleted, because they belong to other people as well as to you. Lottery pools are shared by their members, so entries, tickets and drawing results within a club remain part of that club's history. We remove your name from those records, but we do not erase the records themselves.
6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy.
